The country’s only DTH (Direct-to-Home) service provider Akash yesterday handed over prizes to its new four subscribers for the third week of January under the company’s cashbank offer campaign. During the campaign, twelve new subscribers have received Tk 4 lakh till the third week, the company said in a press statement yesterday. The top three winners of the third week of January are- - Jahangir Alam from Mymensingh, Ahsan Uddin Ahmed Chowdhury from Dhaka and Amit Ghosh from Narayanganj. hey received Tk 1 lakh, Tk 20,000 and TK 10,000, respectively. They received the prizes at a program held at the headquarters of Beximco Communi-cations Limited at Gulshan in the capital. The country’s only DTH (Direct-to-Home) service provider introduced the cash back offer on purchasing new DTH connection in January. Customers can avail the opportunity to win the offers by answering few quiz questions in four different weeks of this month. First prize winner, in each week, will get Tk 1 lakh. Anyone buying AKASH connection in January 2020 and recharging their account are eligible to participate the ‘January Cash Back Campaign’. Customers need to make a missed call to a certain number after receiving an SMS to participate the quiz and to give right answer to some simple question. Whoever gives a correct answer will get a sure shot cash back of Tk 100 in their Akash account and the top winners will be selected on the fastest finger first basis, the statement added.
