Bangladesh Export Import Company Limited holds 49th annual general meeting virtually on Thursday, said a press release.

The meeting was presided over by managing director OK Chowdhury. Directors Iqbal Ahmed, AB Siddiqur Rahman, Reem H Shamsuddoha, independent director Shah Monjurul Hoque, executive director and company secretary Mohammad Asad Ullah and chief financial officer Md Luthfor Rahman, among others, attended the meeting.

According to the release, BEXIMCO declared 30 per cent cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2022 in the meeting. The company achieved sales of Tk 75,078.76 million and earned a gross profit and net profit of Tk 23,740.53 million and Tk 12,573.95 million respectively for the year ended June 30, 2022.
